There is no cancellation, refund or transfer policy for the Dance World Cup India Qualifiers, incase there is a cancellation on the organisers front then the competitor must attend the qualifier at the nearest possible city hosting the qualifier or the competitor can use the same for the following year.
DISCLAIMER
– In the event that the number of competitors falls below 100 per city, the qualifier in that location will be canceled.
– Dancers are required to participate in the nearest city/state for the qualifiers.
– Venue, schedule and timings off qualifiers is subject to change without prior notice, so please be prepared for the same.
– Participants need to carry their own food and water
